Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Tip

Combine multiple items in one order to save on shipping! Shipping rates are calculated based on total order weight, so ordering together is more economical.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed the next business day
  • Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day
  • Prescription items may require additional verification time

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:

  • Your USPS tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Delivery confirmation upon receipt

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities—please check back in the future or contact us for updates.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and all accessories
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Prescription products (unless defective)
  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Refund Process

  • Contact us to initiate a return
  • Ship item back (customer pays return shipping unless defective)
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receipt
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refund issued to original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label
  • Full refund or replacement, your choice
  • We'll cover all return shipping costs
